Private Hire Room Terms and Conditions
Capacity: The private hire room accommodates a maximum of 100 guests to ensure a comfortable and exclusive experience.
Reservation Fee: A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure the reservation of the private party room. This deposit will ensure the room is held exclusively for your event on the specified date.
Room Hire Charge: The full charge for the private hire room is £200. This fee includes the provision of a private party room, complete with a curated selection of party food and dedicated waitress service. Additionally, the room features a live DJ and two bar staff within your own private bar area.
Payment Schedule: The balance of the room hire charge must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event date. Failure to complete payment by this deadline will result in the cancellation of your venue hire, and the forfeiture of your deposit.
