Merlin 'Event Manager' Demo Refund policy
SITEBUILDER 2 does not offer any refunds unless we cancel an event, in that unlikely eventuality then full refunds are automatically given.
If you wish to cancel a booking you can choose to apply for a refund voucher. This will cancel your existing booking and create a voucher code to the full value of the booking. This will be forwarded to you by email to the address you gave us when you made the booking.
This voucher code can be used against any booking for future events.
